The motorcycle unit of BMW has issued a safety recall concerning 2,019 units of the K1300 S and K1300 GT motorcycles, due to a problem that occurs from poor fuel quality which forms small deposits in the throttle bodies. In a notification posted on the official website of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), BMW explains that this may cause the engine to stall.
