|  Vstar troubles
Well, bought a 06 Vstar 1100 w/11000 miles about 3 weeks ago and my first ride was sunday....and I think I drove about 30miles when....it died just lost power and turned off, and what was a nice arizona cruz...was a dead stop in the arizona heat..... anyways the guy who came and picked it up said if he were to guess..the carburetor float was stuck, because fuel was leaking from a hose behind the air filter... this being my first bike I have no idea anyone have any ideas? Basically it started to lose power and i downshifted slowed down and it shut off...i let it set for about 30 min started back up but everytime i would give it gas it would die and then i stopped trying because i could tell the battery was slowing down |
