Bike: 72 and 01 Harley FLH

| A friend of mine has this bike with a problem. His carbs leak fuel through one of the lines off the top back side. We have rebuilt the carbs several times with no results. We took it to a dealer who had it for 3 months and couldn't figure out the problem. Anyone have any idea on what the problem might be?
