|  1981 virago trouble I have a 1981 viargo and i rode it for three days and now it wont start it sounds like it wants to but the battery is new and it wont start. What could be the problem i know the bike sat for years and i know they have starter problems how could i solve this. any help would be great.

| well it turns over but theirs no fire to the spark plugs but i lied the battery is not new but it does hold a charge. my step father who is the one doing most the work said it may be with the ignition system but i cant find a diagram for the ignition. what else do you need to know thanks for any help ahead of time

| Update had a bad relay and there was a little ignition box that had melted b/c of a hot wire grounding on the frame but fixed it all and sold it. made out pretty good for a 50 dollar bike. thanks for the help. P.s got the name wrong its a virago it's a buddy's bike.
