Default Cruiser Customising Sucks

Ordered my NC lowers thru them on Monday. The web page says 3-4 days shipping.

I got confirmation that they sent the order out yesterday!! There's the 3-4 days...........then they go on to say it coud be as much as 4 - 8 weeks!!!

For lowers!!!!!!!!!

I got my bags and tour pak from Mutazu in 8 days (including weekends), my easy brkts in 5.

WTF???

Buncha bumlickers!!

How about you give me that info BEFORE you take my cash!

I'd give them a call and see what's going on. Did the web site say it was in stock? Find out what their cancellation policy is.

Sorry to hear it. I've had very good service from them. Good luck.

I bought an engine guard from them for my C50. Late Wednesday nite, and their site has trouble getting approval of my credit card. Eventually, I got the order placed & paid for with PayPal. I called the next day (I'm east coast, they are west), and confirmed that the order was processed. I was in the phone queue for 8 minutes -- I know because the gal who answered the call thanked me for waiting that long. She confirmed that everything was OK, and this morning, I got an e-mail that it had shipped.

So, I have to say that my experience with Cruiser Customizing, while not flawless, was reasonably positive.

I don't know what happened, it took over 4 weeks for my lowers to arrive, they were supposedly in stock (bull****). I've bought the wife a 900 and have been outfitting both bikes, and other purchases online. Nothing takes much more than 1 week. Ordered Saddlebags and tourpak from Mutazu (California) twice. USPS, 8 days both times. Horns from ride safer? UPS at my door 6 days. On and on......Maybe CC gets it right once in a while but I won't be going back.

Try SCOOTWORKS Belt Drives, lowering kits, handlebar risers, motorcycle parts and accessories, chrome bolts I got my lowers in about a week. They are Memphis Shades brand. Very nice and they fit perfect. Scootworks is one the largest metric parts suppliers in the country. They even have machine shops to manufacturer some of the parts themselfs. Top notch service.
