| Took the wife to the dealer today to look at 1600 classic, their last 07 was sitting there with a sales tag on it of $8999.00. Cheryl loves the bike and so do I but what I really like is the price, I'm thinking the M50 may have to go. So what do you folks think about it?

| I have the 06 model. I have loved it. It is and was my first bike. Hydraulic clutch, hydraulic lifters, shaft driven, all amounts to less maintenance and more riding. It has plenty of power and isn't terribly difficult to handle at slow speeds. I would say go for it. Good luck.

| I just got back from the dealer, he's $200. short of what I need on trade, so I left. If he calls back and meets my price I'll own a new 1600, if not no big deal.

| I've had this bike for a week now, I've put a little over 500 miles on it and I can safely say, I think I'll keep it.
