Default beesskip123 {Vulcan electrical problem}

Hi I`m a newby , I start my vulcan 750 and Runs fine untill I shut it off, to restart Voltage drops ti 10.3 , installed new battery same no change?? Thanks.

Are you checking voltage as you start, or with a meter on the batter? Does it crank at all?

I checked the voltage while cranking, and it cranks like normal, when running the altanater charges about 14. plus volts w/ meter at the battery, Thanks again, beeskip123

Sounds normal. What's the problem? Doesn't it fire? You haven't really told us when the problem occurs.

The first time I start it will run 50 miles plus it`s when I shut it off is when the problem starts, 1st, Batt. May Have been old, the second batt. may not be strong enough? Beesskip. Thanks
