Default 1500 Vulcan exhaust modification

Hello all, I am also new to the site, lol. I have an '06 1500 Vulcan Classic, I was wondering if anyone out there has ever just knocked out the baffels in this bike and if so what it sounds like. I have heard it sounds like crap but that was from an exhaust company and not sure it it was a plee to get me to buy from them. Hopefully someone out there can shead some info on it. Thanks for yalls time.

I recommend calling Muzzy for a set of their cruiser 2 into 2 drag pipes. They're top notch quality, and on extreme sale. The factory is discontinuing the line, and selling direct. I just bought a set for my Vulcan 2000, and they're awesome! $249 shipped. The number to call is (541) 385-0706, extension 107. Talk to Curt, and see if they still have some for your bike.

If I could see a picture of the end of the mufflers, I could probably tell you if the procedure I used to debaffle my 1600 Nomad is the same for the 1500. I'm pretty sure it is, but I don't want to give you bad advice.
