| I finally saw a Vulcan 900 in person. I thought it was a 1500 or 1600 until I read the 900 on the air cleaner. This is a really nice bike, I'm very impressed - but I'll keep the C50. Anybody looking at buying a C50 should do themselves a favor and be sure to check out the Vulcan 900!

| Hey there Tim, how ya doin'? Got a 900 Classic a few weeks ago and love the thing. I considered a C50 or M50 but this one was used with 745 miles on it and I got a pretty good deal. I still spend most of my time on VR, though. Gotta keep up with all the latest goin's on. And, of course, all of us Central Florida Vols still get together a lot. Take care and ride safe, Barry |

| Hey folks... This is exactly the question I was hoping to get opinions on. I am looking at the Suzuki M50 and Kawasaki Vulcon 900. Does anyone have any insights on them?...Is one noticeably better than the other?...How different are they? Thanks much... R. |

| Hey Roblaw, I was in the same situation as you last August. I was looking at both the Suzuki and the Kawasaki. It took about three days of comparison, but in the end I just went with the one that I thought was the better looking. Money was close, power too. So just go with what you like. |

| I put almost four thousand miles on my '05 M-50, before trading it for a '06 Vulcan 900 Classic. Both bikes do a lot of things well, and ride bigger than their displacement would suggest. In my opinion, the Kawi is bigger, faster, and looks better...

| A friend of mine has the vulcan, very nice.My wife looked at this bike when buying hers buy said it seemed top heavy compared to the M 50.She bought the M 50.Personally I think the Vulcan has more power, but to each his or her own.Look at the specs on both bikes and sit on both of them before buying. You will know the right bike for you.

| Here in Australia, there is about a 3k difference in price between a C50, M50, and the VN900. Had plenty of Kawasaki's before, and liked the VN a lot, but 3k is 3k! Bought the M50. |

| The only real difference I've heard was (a) the Kawasaki is marginally faster AFTER it gets the revs up and it grounds sooner than a C50 (which means a lot faster than the M50). On the other side, the Kaw is styled in a much more seamless, integrated way.

| The Vulcan 900 is a nice Bike and perfect size, I like the way the Bike is set up and the features. I was looking at one when I was shopping, a 06 with a few hundred miles for $6000.00 and I found My 05 Roadstar with 515 miles for $6700.00 and I chose the Roadstar, more Bike for the Money. If I could get a second Bike I would consider the Vulcan 900. 2005 Roadstar 1700 Maroon |
