If you loved sitting on it, just wait till you test her out on the road. My husband bought a 2004 V2K back in November and I haven't seen him since. Seriously, it's a beast and it likes to go. Sweet ride.

My V2K is the perfect big brother to my M50, and has been a great bike! It is much more comfortable for two up riding, and highway travel in general.
The Vulcan is by far the best bike I've owned in 35 years and lots of bikes!

In 2004 I came back to motorcycles after a very extended break (20 years). My choice of bike put me on a vulcan 1500 classic. I love that bike and will always love it. The 1500 is a homerun in any game you play....

This summer i had the opportunity to pick up a 2005 V2k as leftover inventory. Let me tell you, I love that bike. I'm currently working comfort mods to make the bike more rideable, i'm a short guy and I need to adjust the ergo's to make it easier for me to ride.

outside of that, the V2k is one solid machine that provides effortless highway cruising and power to spare in any gear at any speed.

I just picked up a 2006 Vulcan 2000 LTD after turning down a 2007 Harley Road King Classic - best decision I ever made. I put on Cobra pipes and a fuel processor and it sounds great! Also added passenger foot boards, windshield, saddle bags, and engine guards - Done! Best bike I have ever owned.

Congrats on the logical choice of a V2K, VulcanRider.

My V2K got a new playmate not long ago, when the M50 graciously stepped aside for a new Galaxy Silver VN900B Classic.

I took the 2000 on last Sunday's big DFW toy run, and she stood out like a gem among tens of thousands of other bikes that day!

Lets see........
Headlight rattle - fixed with friction tape
Brake master cover rattle - piece of foam
Kick stand bolt loosening - check yer bolts once in a while
Squeeky belt - adj tension, align wheeel
Hard on tires - oops, my bad
12 stage oil check - not really

Got another bike with these sorts of "probs"?

I'll take 2

Just take one for a spin and you'll stop asking questions except where do I pay

Default V2K Owner

I owned 3 2007 Vulcans. Currently have a V2K. If you bought one you'd start calling the 800 your "second bike" I'm sure!
