I just bought a new water-proof cover for my bike. It's garaged all year but thought the cover would provide additional protection. The I got to thinking, I keep a battery tender on it in the winter and I know charging batteries emit gasses. Woukld it hurt anything, or be potentially dangerous to trap those gasses? I sucked at physics/chemistry but figured one of you brighter guys might know. THANX
