Sounds OK to me. Actually wondering why the dealer would want a used C50T in place of the new C90T ?

With chrome-lined bores and other newer technologies, air-cooled bikes do wear better than they used to. I personally would not go big bucks on such a one, when so many radiator bikes are mfg.

Problems arise with emmissions certifications, resulting in lean calibrations. This then adds more heat to a design that struggles with it to begin with.

I'd bet that air-cooled will go the way of two-strokes, soon.

AH............I see..............ty..............

Ok..I went to the dealer today...........still not sure about trading........I rode a C90 that a friend of mine has, and to be truthful, I didn't really notice that MUCH difference in the two bikes...........the C90 is SLIGHTLY bigger than the C50, but not $3000 worth..................the power is better, but offset by the extra weight.............and I DO NOT like the bags on the C90T.............the C50T bags are BIGGER and DEEPER!!..............I was amazed at that..................still deciding.....talk to me!!!....LOL

If you have any doubt stick with the C50T. If you cannot see much of a differance yourself why make the switch?

OK..OK...........I've DECIDED...................drum roll please...............I'm keeping my C50T................I was just at the dealer today, cash in hand, and I just couldn't justify an extra $3000 for a bike that wasn't that much different from my C50T..........another thing, and this may sound crazy......I rode my bike to the dealer, took my title and was planning on riding the C90T home....the dealer went out with me to look at my bike, and as we walked out the door all I could think was ............MAN, that C50T looks GOOD sitting there!!!...........I didn't realize what a great looking bike it is!.....and, say what you will, I think the SPOKES look MUCH better than the cast wheels of the C90......so, anyway, thanks for you input and patience...I'm gonna have a great summer on my C50T!!!
