Default 05 C50 Question about Floor Boards and Handle Bar

When I drive for more than 30 minutes or so my feet start to get numb. So my question is this are the aftermarket floorboards more comfortable and do they have more rubber to help prevent this or is it just appearance. Also my hands and arms tingle for a few minutes afterwards. I removed the bar end weights and installed the Kurayakn ISO grips didn't know I could keep the bar end weights also. Any suggestions?

The floorboards let you move your feet around a little bit, and alleviate the pressure on your arch from resting your foot on the same place all the time. The rubber is more for traction than vibration absorption, though some of the better, more expensive floorboards have a foot surface with rubber isolation mounts.

What works surprisingly well is a set of Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Insoles in your boots.

Hands and arms will tingle until you ride enough to build the muscles up, as it is just not natural to have your arms out in front of you for long periods. Make sure you are sitting upright with your hands resting on the controls, not leaning back hanging from them. If you are reaching forward for the bars, consider some pullback risers to bring them back a couple inches so your arms are in a more relaxed position.
