Default C50 Fairing

Anyone know of a fairing made for the C50? Not a big fan, but need a way to keep my trousers clean while commuting. Too hot for overpants.

Wow. I've never even heard of something like this for the C50, much less where to find one. I'd love to see what one looks like.

Let us know if you come across anything TaterDog. I'll dig around the 'net too. Now you've got my curiosity running.

I have seen something called chaps for the engine guard.
That might do.

http://www.hoppeindustries.com/C50Fairing.html

The only C50 fairing made for the C50 available, many have put Harley fairings on, but those require some custom fabbing for fitment. Aside from the high price, the Hoppe fairing is gorgeous, bolt on, 4 speaker CD/Mp3 player, simply amazing looking.

Check over at http://www.volusiariders.com in the Custom Mods section, some of the guys over there have put some on, and one of the fellas just bought the Hoppe fairing and everyone is excited about how it will look and go on.

When I get my C50, that's the biggest mod I'll be saving up for, once I get that, I'll be done with my mods.

Wow, didn't think anyone made one of these for the c50. Probably won't do much to keep my pants in good shape - may have to use crash guard chaps for that. Thanks, Kamikaze. Gives me something else to drool over.

I know this is a while after the original post, but I thought I would post a pic of a Volusia with a fairing....I fabricated the mounts to put the 06 HD FLHX (Streetglide/Electraglide) fairing and painted the entire bike back in the spring. As previously posted, the Hoppe fairing looks just as good...just depends on how much install time you want to take.

I just throw my work clothes into the bags and change when I get there.

I have been chomping at the bit lately for a fairing. I don't know why I'm dreaming. I've got no where CLOSE to the money it would take to do it, but I can't stop looking for pics of bikes with em on there. It is my goal to get one ASAP. Thanks for the awesome pics raztus. they give me the jitters! Oh if only I could!

Good news... I just picked up a paint gun at a tool show recently. Hopefully I can get practicing soon so that when I DO finally get one I can paint it myself.

Sweet bike. Great pics. <DROOOOOOOL>

Same with me, the work clothes do not provide any protection ... i ride with armored dragging jeans on, and put my work pants in the saddle bag, I change in my office when I get here. When it starts getting cooler, I ride with the dragging jeans over my work pants and take them off when I get in the office.

Dragging jeans? What are they?
