Default About-to-be-c50 Newbie

HELLO ALL!
NEW to forums AND NEW to motorcyclin'. 36yrs old and only a little nervous about getting my 1st bike. More of a respect for the motorcycle than a fear of it (OK maybe a wee bit of fear too).

Took the MSF training course about a month ago (NOV '05).

Been droolin on the c50's at a couple of area bike shops and glad i waited to make the move because....

One sales person was cool enough to let me know a CLEEEEEEAN '05 C50 was about to be traded-in by a regular customer of his. Long-story-kinda-short: his reg customer traded in a c50 for sumthin w/more CC's, Salesperson gives me a ring, and I hot-foot over to the dealer to scoop up the used C50.

I showed up at the dealer right before closing and being that we are now in the NEW YEAR's holiday weekend, the soonest the bike will be put into their system and ready for pick-up/delivery is TUESDAY 1/3/06.

It's an '05 with 5k miles, has an aftermarket seat (gel i think), passenger back rest and luggage rack added to it, + still a few months of warranty left. THE BIKE IS CLEEEEEAN (sorry am I repeating myself?). I live in San Antonio, Tx and am being asked for a price of $5,900 (approx $6,400 drive-out) + the dealer will throw-in approx $300-$400 in accessories (my choice). Since the bike was just traded-in a few hours ago and is not ready until Tues, the dealer has not drawn up the paperwork for me to buy it. The sales guy who tipped me off and called me about this used C50 also handled its trade-in. He gave me his word that no deposite was needed and he will hold the bike for me until the dealership draws up the documents and gets the trade-in/bike into their computer system.
--QUESTION to all of my new friends out there: since I've sort-of got the weekend to think about this, does the pricing sound fair for the south-central TX area? I find the online valuations somewhat unreliable.

THANKS IN ADVANCE. I look forward to many happy associations with you fine folks.
