I had my seat redone with memory foam by Mean City Cycles. costs about $100, was well worth it. I rode it to sturgis this year without any butt ache, my dad hates the seat on his v-star, too small. Riding across SD on I-90 at 80 without a helmet in a soft seat was great. I also lowered it 2 inches with one of johns kits, pretty easy to do.
