Handlebar Risers - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

Hope this isn't too much of a newbie question for all of you but I tried searching the forum and couldn't find exactly what I am looking for.

On my 2006 Vstar 1100 classic I would like to have the handlebars come back towards me about 1 1/2" to 2". From looking around it looks like I want risers? but I don't want the bars to go up just back towards me. Are there risers that do this? or am I stuck getting some lift if I want to bring them back?

Any help would be appreciated.
