|  10% chance of rain?! (Mood: S H one T)
On Sunday yesterday the weather forecast for Tokyo said 10% chance of rain and the temp would go up to 11 degrees in C. So ... I went out for a short ride. After a while it suddenly got colder and started snowing, wet snow. I had no rain gear with me. I will carry it whatever the chance of rain or snow next time.
