Default Damn cages!

Alright, so I'm out for a ride this past Sunday. Had started on my way home, and was happily cruising along, heading south on a 1-lane-each-way state highway. There's a gas station on the northbound side of the road. I checked the gas station to see if anyone might jump through the northbound lane, and get into the southbound lane - and T-bone me in the process.

Sure enough, there's one guy in the gas station parking lot. I saw him checking the northbound lane, but he never checked the southbound lane . He starts cutting across the northbound lane, and I start freaking out coz it would have been an ugly situation for me. His passenger sees me, and basically smacks him - this idiot skids and stops in the northbound lane just as I cross where he would have entered my lane.

I tooted the horn and continued on my way (naturally, this was accompanied by choice words in at least 2 languages).

Damn cages!
Damn cages?
Nope! Not a cage. This was an IDIOT on a big (GoldWing type) cruiser.

Almost forced off the road by another biker! Pissed me off to no end.
