Default Not just frame sliders, get the crash cages too...

***Ok, first let me warn those who are of the Anti-stunting view point, you may not have much interest in this.***

Me and one of my stunting buddies went out to out favorite closed road (an old closed down church parking lot with a big straight drive way) yesterday. He stunts on an '03 sv650. Well, we are practicing stoppies and he wants to try and ride one instead of sitting it down. He revs her up and walks it past me then approaches the straight drive for the rolling stoppie. He pulls off the stoppie but looses his balance and drops his bike. Not hard. He couldn't have set the bike down softer if he was doing it on purpose! Yet, now he will need a new shifter and new clutch handles. Tomorrow when we get off work, we will be making our on crash cages with his welder. We always video tape so we can see what we were doing looks like. Made for a good blooper to add to our reel.

My suggestion is that if you are gonna invest in frame sliders, go on and spend the extra $100-$200 for the cages.

whoa...you stunt or do you film? crash cages ARE well worth it. from a distance and with the right colors, you wouldn't even know they were there.

Hey - he did say he's doing it in a closed area.. not on public/open streets. I, personally, think that makes a huge difference.

Soon, the wifey took em to work yesterday so I didn't have em.

I do have video of him wrecking.

Keep the stunting to closed roads. That way you only endanger yourself.

You can talk about it. We are just not condoning it. Especially when someone who only rides BMX bikes says "you should do this and that", "stunting is the %%%%" or when we hear comments "get a gixxer 1k for you first bike so you don't outgrow it". We promote safe riding. You want to stunt, go ahead. Just don't do it on public roads. Get yourself hurt or killed I couldn't care less, just don't bring anyone else with you.

Anyway, if you don't like it here, you know what to do.

That depends on which god you are talking about.

Well, Jesus is always spelled capitalized.

Lord is written with a capital "L"

Allah is also written with a capital "A"

Zeus, Hermes, Apollo, Venus, Poseidon ... all are capitalized.

Only "smart-ass" is not.

Individually referenced, yes.

Collectively described, they are gods.
