Now whether yours need an oil change I do not know, but that and the age of the bike was the first two things that popped in my head on questions. Of course was the oil changed after the break in period. Check your oil level, and look to see if the oil looks burnt or milky looking. Also check your clutch lever to see if is pulling in far enough. Have you noticed any patterns in your shifting problem? What ever your speed you should still be able to shift all the way up with the clutch fully in, so look for patterns and listen to any noise as it goes into gear. | |
