Default Broken Seat Lock Cable

Well, it wasn't broken, but I did remove it because I felt the need to remove the whole tail end of the bike in order to change the tail light. When putting the pieces back together, I forgot to reattach the cable from the key on the fairing to the lock underneath the center of the passenger seat. I was terrified.

Fortunately, a co-worker has a brother who works at a motorcycle dealership (dream job) and he simply walked over to my sister bike and figured out what to do. It seems breaking into a bike's storage compartment is much easier than it should be.
