|  Programs??
So my bike is at the dealer getting it's 1st service, but prior to dropping her off I get an FI code flashing. The dealer says it's probably not a big deal and that checking it was part of the service I was getting. So the next day I call to check the status of my bike and they haven't even started on it due to the fact they say they don't have the program that they need to diagnose the problem. I'm not sure what they mean by program, cause as far as I knew it was a machine or something that they could wire it to and get a diagnoses. Does anyone have any idea what program is needed to give a diagnostics on Suzuki bikes?
