Default good reminder

Didn't so much learn this as remind myself in quite a painful way.

When you are letting the front wheel come back into contact with the road, keep a tight grip on the tank with your knees, otherwise you slide forward and I guarantee that the gas tank is harder than your body is. Finished the ride off and kept both wheels down the entire time.

Grabing the front brake with front wheel in air at high speed is what is thought to have caused this accident.
