Default sliding into home....literally

Well, the months of the frost are upon us in the lovely new england area and let me tell ya, motorcycle tires do not go well with frost. so I was driving home from work at about 12am and hit a turn in first, yes I said first...anyway, to my dismay, by back tire kicked out and slide to the side of me, but I managed to keep control of the bike ( LEARNED IT IN MSF!!! take the course, it will save your life!) and came to a stop sideways in the middle of the turn. This was my first big scare on a bike and I felt the need to tell someone to calm my nerves and so here I am, thankfully. Just be sure to check your tires for wear and if you live in the northeast or just anywhere in the north of america, its about that time to start riding a little slower...if you have little experience with the changing weather...like me.
