Default CRAP what is in there??

After I put the Vance & Hines SS pipes on my C50 I left my OEM exhaust outside sitting by my garage. It's been about 2 months. Now there's a smelly dead mouse wrapped up in webbing hanging out of one of the pipes. Do you think there's a snake or other critter LIVING in there??

Anyone else lazy like me and just left your old pipes outside only to become a morgue (or habitat)?

If there's webbing, there definitely something in there. But what I don't know...

Probably a large spider. Snakes don't spin webs.

Put em up on ebay anyway. If a clean set goes for $150, some eccentric tree hugger may pay top dollar for a custom chrome habitat.

If a spider has killed a mouse...........I wont be getting anywhere near that thing.

Heck, I might be his next meal.

What kind of spiders do you have up there in PA ?????

I have been looking on the web and have yet to find anything spider big enough in Pa to kill a mouse.

The largers spider in your area is the Wolf which is around 22-35 mm in length

Since you don't need the pipes any longer...maybe you could run them over with the car before you try to pick them up?

Or...just get yourself a can of hairspray & a Bic lighter. Nothing cleans as well as a homemade flamethrower.

Why not just mount them up on the bike and take it for a spin? There isn't an insect on this planet that would survive 15 minutes inside the exhaust system of a bike.

I was so afraid of Spiders as a kid...I used to feed them ants and other insects in the hopes they would be nice to me.

Now, I amaze my kids by petting them on occasion...just to watch them squirm (the kids).
