|  Good info, I ride in everyday with similar conditions with traffic coming to a bottleneck for about 1/2 mile, I'm constantly watching behind me as well as the cars beside me that decide their lane is moving slower than mine and make a split decision to cut over (without looking, or while on phone or eating donuts), sometimes I turn my emergency flashers on when the delay is extended.
