Default Does riding a bike make you a better car driver?

I have been riding a bike for just short of a year with about 6,000 miles on my 2005 C50. I find that when I am in the car driving I am more attuned to the cars around me, the road and the conditions. In the past I would think nothing of getting on the cell and making a few calls while driving. I have stopped doing that - I won't drive the car and talk on the cell at the same time now - even with a headset. Overall I bgeleive (and hope) that I am much more safe and defensive driver.

I attribute a lot of this - most actually - to what I learned in the MSF course and out of necessitity how I ride my bike.

I was wondering what other thought of this.
