 |  Bikes + Stopping = scared new rider
Well, I had my first scary experience on a bike. I had to stop quickly at a light, and, stepped on the rear brake too hard and locked the rear wheel. I went into a skid, scared myself to death, but recovered from the whole ordeal fairly quickly. All I could see was someone having to scrape me off the pavement. I learned a valuable lesson, that bikes dont stop like cars. |
