|  Under the reply box there is a "go advanced" button. Scroll down there is a "manage attachments". Now you can upload pictures from your computer by clicking "browse" and attaching the picture file then click "upload" Be aware there is a maximum file size of 4.77 MB so if your pictures too big you might have to edit it on your computer and make it smaller.
