Question Dragging Front Brakes

I took the front wheel off today and had my local shop mount and balance a new front tire for me. When i put the wheel back on, the front brakes a dragging a little. I think only the right side is dragging, but i'm not sure...... Anyone know why its doing this? The dragging is minor and goes away after you ride the bike for a bit and dont use the front brakes. Its a 2000 unfaired version. Any info will be apppreciated

How hard are they dragging? It's normal for the pads to contact the rotors lightly - there's no mechanism to back them off. If you lift the front and spin the tire, does it immediately stop?

No, its not that bad. I can hear them scraping when i ride though and they never did that b4. I had this same problem last time i took the front wheel off and ended up having to take it to a dealer..... I think its a problem with the front axel not seating properly

I fixed it! If anyone else has this problem you have to use a pry bar to move the fork over so the spacer will be flush with the edge of the fork on the right side
