Default Right direction

When you get your no cranking problem fixed look at your spark plug boots. I had the tank of in the garge checking things and did a crank test. Watched sparks jump all over from the boot to the head on number 1 and 2 cylinder. Going to replace them and see wht happens.

B/W wire is the ground according to the manual. Y/G goes to the starter relay. B/Y goes to CDI box. O/Y goes to the Fuse box.

Well if this help check the starter relay to make sure it will crank when you touch the two post together?? And if that does not make the starter work then your start solenoid maybe bad along with your start motor.. I have been workin on my for a while now and i when i connected the two post on the starter relay, it started cranking right away so im going to get a relay this week and get mine back on the road with all this nice hot weather we are having in ark!!!

Mine is cranking but I am loing the spark before it gets to the plug. It is jumping from the wire cap to the head. Got the parts coming from suzuki. I think you re on the right track. Tell me what happens when you get the relay
