Default Need Help

Wile changing the oil on my m50, the oil filter did not seat well. When I started it oil started spraying all over the place, on the tires rims, everywere.

How can I remove the oil from my tires and rims

Kerosene or mineral spirits to start, which will get most of it off, followed by alcohol (lacquer thinner) or a solvent based degreaser like 409. BE CAREFUL on painted surfaces; lacquer thinner not good there!

If you got it on the treads, ride carefully unitl the residue gets worn off.

Thanks, I used mineral sprits first worked well.
