I've never had a bike with a heel shifter but those that have them love them.

on the 90, I find mine pretty useless. It's too far back to make it practical to shift my foot backwards to shift. If they were adjustable, like some bikes, I'd use it more often.

I swapped bikes with a friend once, he's got a VTX1300 with a heal/toe shifter. I hated it. To each their own.

Takes some getting used to, but if you have floorboards and a properly positioned heal-toe, then it is a lot easier to up shift because often it is hard to fit your boot between the floorboard and the shifter. Love the heal-toe on my Harley, but love the regular shifter on the VS800.

I rode a bike with one several times (Harley Electra Glide with floor boards) and I kinda liked it on a cruiser when I got used to it.

Thumbs up

Fantastic looking bike.

This is the first time I've had the heel shifter and I LOVE it! Very natural position easy to use.
