As I recall the TS 250 had a Posi-Force lubrication system to mix the fuel and oil, and a small (2.2 pint?) oil tank on the right hand side under the plastic cover. Is your missing these items?

Let me dig around and see if I can find the mix ratio. In the meantime, here is the oil jug on EBAY:TS 250 oil jug

Ok, the pump was set for 20:1. However, I am told that you should replace the factory system as soon as possible, as the outer crank bearing will not recieve enough lubrication running pre-mix.
