Default 99 Intruder 800 - no start

Hi,

Hoping someone could give me some idea as to why I might have power, but it won't even turn over?

I laid it down this afternoon, nothing major just on it's side it was still running at that point, I hit the kill switch and it won't even fire (turn over) at all now when hitting the start button.

Any help is greatly appreciated - we have a big ride planned for Christmas Day and really want a running bike.

Thanks,

You don't say which side you laid it down on, is it possible that it's on the left side and the kick stand kill switch may have gotten messed up, I don't know if the 99's had this feature.

It was the left side - we figured it out last night - the clutch safety switch shattered. So we did a direct connect so I guess I no longer have to pull the clutch in to start it.

It is running again, but that you!
