| Yes, there is a seal in the final drive. It is not common for it to leak, but it is not unheard of either, especially in a bike as old as yours. It is nothing that can be done at home, as it requires several specialty tools and special skills. If you call the local Suzuki dealer and tell them the final drive seal is leaking, they should be able to look it up in the book and tell you how many hours of labor the job calls for and what it will cost. A local ship can probably do it for you, but the dealer's estimate will give you a good baseline to compare savings, and to make sure the shop is charging you for the right number of labor hours.
