|  Is it the fuel pump?
I have a tl1000r(2000).I was riding and the engine just cut out.It sputtered slightly before that happend.I tried to start it back up, but it wouldnt turn over.I jumped started it for a block and it cut out again.Is this the fuel pump or fuel filter?
