Im not looking to beat any speed records but...... I can only get 65mph out of my 06 GZ250. Love the bike and Im getting 72 mpg. I've been told that if I go up one tooth on my front spocket it will increase my top speed about 5 to 8 mph. The bike has 15 teeth now. Im talking about going to 16. The extra speed sounds good but where there is good on one side there must be bad some where. Can anyone give me some sound advice on this issue? I know buy a bigger bike. No way. I really like this size of bike. I dont mind spending a little extra on it. Any help would be appreciated.
