Does anyone have some info other than the customer service number? It's a mechanical problem, so anyone who has some info, please help!

Ok just got off the phone with the shop. They got throw to Suzuki and the work is approved.

Now they tell me the parts are on back order tell September. That will make it 6 weeks. If they get the parts when they say they will.

The part that will take the longest to get is the rear cylinder. The front cylinder will come in a weak before the rear, and to poor salt on the wound. they do not warranty there work. I will only have 3 months left on the 1 year warranty.

I wood like the Regional rep for Riverside Ca.'s phone number so I can try and get this all worked out...

Sounds like you need to find a new dealer. Good luck.
