2005 Suzuki GS500 Farings+Cowling - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

I just got a 2005 GS 500 for my first bike, however mine is naked :O does anybody know of a place that sells a kit or something with the farings and cowling, headlight etc. im sure a suzuki dealer could order it but that would be hella expensive. im located in canada and i read another member lou has looked into farings for his sv 650 but they are severely overpriced in canada, i would be looking for a kit that includes all the part to do this where i can buy this at an online site that will ship to canada, i have searched and searched but i haven't seen anything similar to what im looking for. any ideas?

Welcome.

You can of course buy the fairings as OEM replacements. And as you said, I wouldn't buy them in Canada. Try our sponsor Extreme Suzuki (check their sub-forum off the main forum page for contact info).

Where in Canada are you located?

yea, ill look into that sub forum, because i love the sport bike look, but then agaib a streetfighter look is real nice too, ill have to see how i like it once i get some reall miles on it, i live near Barrie, in ontario, i went to quebec city last year, and it was really nice there, i love all the history and nice scenic stuff, my friend has an 05 650S as well his is red, real nice bikes they are
