| Last year i took the motorcycle training course and received my license. Unfortunately i didnt get the oppurtunity to ride last year. This year i found a 1994 GS 500 E nicely priced that im going to look into acquiring. I like the way sports bike looks and this looks like it's a standard bike. I want it to look more like this: ![]() instead of this: ![]() Any information on how i would be able to get this transformation done and what you think estimated cost for parts is. |

| Bah. Plastic doesn't make it ride better. How about just appreciating the mechanical beauty of a naked bike and riding it? If you insist, they look like virtually identical bikes so you could probably buy aftermarket fairings and all the associated hardware (including the headlight ***'y) and bolt it on. Then you can replace it like half of new riders do when you tip 'er over.
