I finally figured out why I can't have the same sig here as I do in other boards. HTML code is OFF. Why? Can it be turned on for certain people or is it an on for everybody or nobody deal?

I understand that Louis, and believe me, I can sypathize with you on that. What I had in mind was some of the tags that you can post that update themselves. Such as the weather tags and current city/state gas prices. Just trying to add a little flavor.

They add to download times, and most find them annoying (I know I do - who gives a rat's arse what the weather is somewhere else). They may also pose security threats.

You can do most of the same things with forum code.
