| Don't crash. Brake early, and be in competition with yourself, no one else. TAKE IT EASY and have fun. I have seen a lot of guys/gals pitch it away on the track during a track day because of over zealousness. - Nut

| Do what I did last year. Drive like a freakin wuss for the first few laps. Nobody is there to win a trophy. After the first few laps nice warm tires and a smooth track makes for an incredible day. Have fun!
