Default 1999 suzuki gsx-r back seat removal

I just purchased that bike and can't find it anywhere the key hole to remove the back seat on top of the storage compartment. where is it?, i know it's funny.

please help!

as you sit on the bike it is on the left hand side right next to the rear footrest, its like under the rear farring, u might have to get on your knees to find it the first time. the most stupid place in the world and it really annoys me!!!

yeah it does look about 5000000000 times better with the rear hump on that the seat
