Default pilot screw

Hi,

Can some please confirm that the pilot screw adjuster is inside the float chamber on 36mm gsxr1100 carbs and not under a drill plug?

Also, is it a fuel pilot or air pilot?

i.e. is in or out richer or leaner?

Thanks. That helps.

Looks like it is in the chamber and it is an air jet

Yeah, I am not exactly sure on those 36mms of yours. I don't have any here, nor do I have a manual for the 2nd gen bikes anymore either. D'OH!

OK I retract that which I wrote earlier.

It seem the screws are on the engine side of the bowl (underside) and the regulated the mixture.

So in is lean, out is rich.

Sorry for the confusion I havn't got them in front of me and it was getting late last night.

Thanks anyway
