| In Training ![]() | Yup, the title says it all... my **** was jacked. Get this crap: I just bought a power commander and had the frame polished. My bike was lookin purdy. My room mate got called to work last night at about 10, then one of my buds came over and was over until about 12:30, I went to cover my motorcycle, then went to bed at around 1:00 last night. I wake up this morning, get ready for work, walk outside and my bike isnt where i left it... So i go up and ask my room mate what time he came home, he said he got there at about 5ish, and when he got there, my bike was not there... Then I went to the bike shop I frequent, and while I was telling them what had happened, another guy came in saying his **** was also jacked. Except he lives at a complex with TWO gates and security cameras, AND he had a rear wheel lock on his bike. On the camera, it shows the guys (2 of em) in a truck get out and pry the 2 gates open (one is a metal rod iron gate, the other is wooden) then they bascially got the bike and drug it out of the parking spot, he said he could see where they had to drag the bike (because of the rear wheel lock) then they picked it up and threw it on the back of their truck, and on the way out, the wooden gate had shut, so they just drove right through it. He had a GSXR 600, I had a GSXR 1000... So I went out this afternoon and got a CBR 1000... I am going to keep it in my living room. All I can say about my room mate is that he is lucky he was at work when my bike got jacked, or I'm sure the thieves would have had a 2 for 1 deal going on... |

| @#$%in A That sux that fattest one, right there. Sorry to hear about your stuff. If I were really the Joker, I'd have my guys re-steal your bike and return it with a new, authentic, skull hood ornament . . . maybe two, depending on how many thieves they were able to catch. Keep the CBR in the living room (along with your roomy's bike). Apparently, that's the only way you're going to get to keep them safe. What part of Alabama? LA (lower Alabama)?

| Doesn't matter what it was or how much it was worth, it just plain sucks to have something stolen from you. It's that lack of respect (again) that I just have a hard time understanding. Sorry to hear it, but at least you have a ride under you again.

| Damn, but that does suck. 6 billion people on the planet, not all of them qualify as human. Will your insurance cover the replacement bike? Although having looked at the replacent, i can see you are mollified.

| Muscle Biker ![]() | Are you planning on insuring the Honda? I bet the insurance premiums are less than the cost of a new bike ...
