Default Katana Fairing Mesh Inserts

C'mon y'all...someone has to know WHERE I can get those mesh inserts that fit into the spaces in a Katana 98-05.
Puh-LEASE???

I've asked and asked and asked, but you people aren't feeling me.

I've seen them on Kats, but maybe they are custom and not mass produced? Might need to build your own.

I've seen some for other bikes for sale on Ebay. Looks like it's made from a very small diamond mesh. Some wood and a couple dollies(auto body working tools) you could mold your own. Then resin them to the inside of the fairing.

That small expanded steel used to hang mortar on walls would work well and is very inexpensive.

I looked for you online and had no luck...and usually I can find anything. CaptainR has a good Idea though...I'd try it.

Pure decoration. Installed on the inside of the fairings. Seen on the vent openings on the side of the bike. Ebay has few listed to look at.

That seems to be the most popular material for it. Just go to Home Depot or Lowes or whatever your favorite building store is and tell them you need some gutter screen, they'll show you where it is, find a nice sized piece you like and there ya go.
