Default Suggestions for Helmet Cleaner/Scuff n Scratch Remover

Hey Y'all.
Does anyone have any good suggestions on a good scratch & Scuff remover that I can use on my Caberg Justissimo?
Its got a few light scratches from storage and I want to shine 'em out.
Yeah...its a helmet.
Thanks.

Well; wax obviously works. I actually dropped my helmet at the gas pump a few weeks ago and scratched the visor (damnit). Vegetable oil actually did a pretty good job of lessening the dent's/scratches from the pavement.

Veg Oil?
Well I'll be a monkey's uncle.
I thought using the wrong compounds on your helmet could ruin the structural integrity of the bonded polymers.
I could be wrong...

I don't think vegetable oil on a plastic visor will threaten the integrity of your helmet. Unless you plan on putting the helmet on a pot in the stove and boiling it in oil.

The best thing that I have used on my helmet and bike is Meguiars Cleaner Wax.

Check it out here: http://www.meguiars.com/estore/produ...u=A-12&store=%

I clay bar my helmet when I detail the bike, and if it's gonna come out, it will with the clay bar. Then wax it with good wax. If it doesn't come out, it's there to stay.

Thanks. It works great. I have a gloss black helmet, and it's shiny has heck when I'm done. Wax it when your done and bug come off easier.
