Default My Answer has come.

This morning, there was a small spot under the front end of my SV. My dad and I traced it right to the most logical place...the brake fluid resevior. Indeed, what I originally thought was not the origin of the stains...haha...turned out to be the culprit! The cap was cross threaded from when the dealer filled it up...dorks. So I brought it back and actuall got to speak with a service guy at the dealer and he's ordering me a brand new, clear of white stains, windshield. Thanks for all your ideas.

Be sure it didn't get on your paint! Give your bike a good washing to make sure.
